Thai Shares May Open Under Water On Monday

The Thai stock market on Tuesday ended the three-day slide in which it had given up more than 20 points or 1.6 percent. The Stock Exchange of Thailand now rests just shy of the 1,260-point plateau and it's likely to open in the red again on Monday.

The global forecast for the Asian markets is uncertain amidst geopolitical concerns in South America. The European and U.S. markets were slightly higher and the somewhat overbought Asian bourses are expected to open in mixed fashion.
