Senior plc (SNR.L), a market international engineering group, on Monday said it completed the sale of its Aerostructures business to private equity firm Sullivan Street Partners on December 31, 2025, as part of its strategy to focus on becoming a fluid conveyance and thermal management company.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

As previously announced and in line with its capital allocation policy, the company said the initial net cash proceeds will be used to reduce net debt and fund a 40 million pounds share buyback programme.

The buyback is expected to begin after the closed period ends, following the announcement of the company's full-year results on March 2, 2026.

On Friday, Senior closed trading 3.70% higher at 202 pence on the London Stock Exchange.
