Kia Corp. (000270.KS), Friday introduced the EV2, the brand's sixth dedicated electric model, at the 2026 Brussels Motor Show.
With upto 448 km driving range, the model offers class-above interior space and an emotionally engaging electric driving experience.
The company stated that EV2 production will commence in the first quarter of 2026 with the standard-range model, followed by long-range and GT Line variants throughout the year.
Meanwhile, production of EV3 GT, EV4 Hatchback GT and EV5 GT are scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026.
Kia's stock closed at KRW 133,200.00, up 6.65 percent on the Korea Stock Exchange.
