GreenX Metals Limited (5PMA.F), Friday announced that the Singapore International Commercial Court of the Republic of Singapore has rejected, in its entirety, the Republic of Poland's application to set aside the Energy Charter Treaty or ECT award.
Backed by this latest ruling, the company intends to continue to defend its awards and update the market in line with its continuous disclosure requirements.
Additionally, the company plans to bring the judgment to the attention of the English courts as part of the Bilateral Investment Treaty set-aside proceedings.
Currently, GreenX's stock is climbing 27.6 percent, to 0.62 euros on the Frankfurt Exchange.
