SciSparc Ltd. (SPRC), Tuesday announced a definitive agreement to acquire a treasury of patents, trademarks and intellectual property rights for innovative endoscopic systems and medical cameras, including the MUSE system, from Xylo Technologies Ltd.
The company will issue an amount of its common shares to Xylo in consideration for the acquired assets.
Upon closing of the deal, SciSparc intends to commence commercialization of these patented technologies immediately, which is expected to boost rapid market penetration and revenue generation.
In the pre-market hours, SPRC is moving up 21.3 percent, to $1.76 on the Nasdaq.
