AVITA Medical, Inc. (RCEL), a therapeutic acute wound care company, reported a decline in preliminary fourth-quarter revenue and an 11 percent growth in full-year 2025 revenue, along with updates on refinanced debt, Cohealyx-I study and PermeaDerm-I study.
In addition, AVITA also provided a preliminary outlook for the fiscal year 2026, forecasting revenue growth of approximately 12% to 15% compared with estimated fiscal 2025 levels.

The Federal Reserve policy session was in focus as it was the first to be led by the new chief Kevin Warsh. In Europe, central banks of the U.K. and Switzerland announced their rate decisions. In Asia, the Bank of Japan drew attention for its policy moves, while data out of China threw some light on the state of the economy.
