Concord New Energy Group Limited (0182.HK), Wednesday announced that its subsidiary Concho Pearl Solar has entered into a PC Agreement with The Ryan Company, providing the services of procurement, installation, construction, testing, interconnection and commissioning of an electrical generation facility for about $156.01 million.
Of the total consideration, an initial payment of 10 percent will be paid before the commencement date, along with a monthly payment based on the amount of work completed.
The work is expected to complete by the end of October 2027.
