Great Portland Estates Plc (GPE.L), on Monday said Nick Sanderson is stepping down as Chief Financial & Operating Officer on January 30, to take up the CFO role at Savills plc (SVS.L).
The company has appointed Jayne Cottam as Chief Financial Officer with effect from March 16.
Jayne Cottam most recently served as CFO of Assura plc.
On Friday, Savills closed trading 1.26% lesser at GBp 1,094 on the London Stock Exchange.
On Friday, Great Portland Estates closed trading 2.36% higher at GBp 347 on the London Stock Exchange.
