Workspace Group Plc (WKP.L), an owner and operator of flexible workspace, on Monday said Lawrence Hutchings is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer and Board Director with immediate effect. Charlie Green will join as CEO on February 2.
The company also said Tom Edwards-Moss will join as CFO Designate on February 23, with outgoing CFO Dave Benson remaining until April 30 to ensure a smooth handover.
Charlie Green co-founded The Office Group, which is now known as Fora.
The company said trading for Q3 has been in line with management expectations.
On Friday, Workspace closed trading 0.12% lesser at GBp 419 on the London Stock Exchange.
