Samsung Biologics Co.,Ltd. (207940.KS), a contract development and manufacturing organization or CDMO reported Wednesday significantly higher net profit in the fourth quarter with strong revenue growth.
Looking ahead for fiscal 2026, the company projects 15 percent to 20 percent annual revenue growth.
In the fourth quarter, attributable net income grew to 453.05 billion Korean won from last year's 260.26 billion won.
EBITDA grew 60.4 percent to 623.5 billion won from 388.7 billion won a year ago.
Samsung Biologics reported revenue of 1.29 trillion won, 35 percent higher than 950.3 billion won last year. The results were mainly driven by higher volume with full utilization across Plants 1 through 3, together with Plant 4, which also reached full utilization in the third quarter of 2025.
For fiscal year 2025, Samsung Biologics achieved revenue of 4.56 trillion won, up 30.3 percent year-over-year.
In South Korea, Samsung Biologics shares closed Wednesday's trading at 1,873,000.00 won, down 2.45 percent.
