Logistea AB (publ) (1OL1.F), Thursday announced an agreement to acquire the property Tunnan 1, located in Trollhättan, and the property Krysspricken 2, located in Växjö, for an underlying property value of SEK 303 million.
The company expects the transaction to strengthen its property portfolio, secure significant lease durations from the properties, and foster long-term collaboration with the tenants.
The Swedish real estate firm intends to finance the deal with bank loans and available funds.
The acquisition is estimated to close on February 11, 2026.
Currently, LOGI is trading at 1.28 euros, up 0.39 percent on the Frankfurt Exchange.
