ASX Limited said that Austraclear is operating normally, with settlement processing successfully completed and the system having progressed to end-of-day processing. This confirms that the platform, which plays a critical role in the clearing and settlement of debt securities and other financial instruments in Australia, continues to function as expected.
The exchange noted that while Austraclear itself is stable, some participants may be experiencing external connectivity issues. Importantly, these issues are not related to Austraclear's internal systems. ASX advised that participants encountering such problems should contact their internal IT teams or network providers for assistance.
ASX emphasized that it will continue to monitor Austraclear closely and provide further updates if required.
