NCC Group Increases Daily Share Buyback Limit To 50% Of Average Volume

NCC Group plc (NCCGF,NCC.L), an cyber security and software resilience company, on Monday announced that it has amended the terms of its share buyback programme with immediate effect.

The change allows daily repurchases to exceed 25% but remain below 50% of the average daily trading volume of its ordinary shares.

The share buyback programme remains capped at a maximum aggregate of up to 70 million pounds or up to 31 million shares.

The company said that no other changes have been made to the programme or its execution framework, as previously announced on January 21.

On Friday, NCC Group closed trading 2.67% higher at 138.60 pence on the London Stock Exchange.
