The Trade Desk, Inc. (TTD), Monday announced the appointment of Tahnil Davis as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective January 24.
Davis, who served as the company's Chief Accounting Officer, succeeds Alex Kayyal.
Meanwhile, the company has initiated search for a permanent successor.
Concurrently, the company reaffirmed its previously announced financial outlook for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025.
The Trade Desk expects revenue of at least $840 million and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $375 million for the fourth quarter.
Currently, TTD is trading at $34.97, down 4.39 percent on the Nasdaq.
