Posco International FY25 Profit Climbs, Sales Nearly Flat

Posco International Corp. (047050.KS) reported Thursday higher profit in fiscal 2025, despite nearly flat sales.

In the year, net income climbed 26.5 percent to 636.80 billion Korean won from last year's 503.41 billion won.

Pre-tax profit from continuing operation was 835.14 billion won, up 18.2 percent from 706.62 billion won. Operating income grew 4.3 percent to 1.17 trillion won from prior year's 1.12 trillion won.

Sales for the year were 32.37 trillion won, up 0.1 percent from 32.34 trillion won a year ago.

In South Korea, the shares were losing around 1.6 percent to trade at 62,900.00 won.
