Flat Capital Slips To Loss In Q4

Flat Capital AB (FLAT_B.ST), a Swedish long-term investment company, reported Friday a loss in its fourth quarter, compared to prior year's profit.

In the quarter, loss after tax amounted to 2.521 billion Swedish kronor, compared to profit of 127.96 million kronor last year.

Loss per share was 5.06 kronor, compared to profit of 2.44 kronor a year ago.

The company noted that change in value for the quarter amounted to loss of 2.521 billion kronor, compared to profit of 127.996 million kronor last year. The change in value of listed holdings mainly consisted of the share price development in Klarna of negative 2.528 billion kronor.

Operating loss amounted to 2.525 billion kronor, compared to profit of 126.06 million kronor a year ago.

The Board of Directors proposed that no dividend be distributed.
