Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited (TMPV.NS) on Friday reported weaker financial performance for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 compared with the same period last year.
The company posted a net loss before tax, including share of profit from joint ventures and associates from continuing operations, of ?4,733 crore, versus a profit of ?6,106 crore in the same period last year.
Net loss after tax from continuing operations was ?3,483 crore, compared with a profit of ?4,164 crore a year earlier.
Earnings per share from continuing operations were loss of ?9.47, compared with earnings per share of ?11.10 in the prior year.
Total income from operations declined to ?70,108 crore, down from ?94,472 crore in the corresponding quarter of 2024.
TMPV shares are currently trading at ?366.90, down 1.94%.
