Pennon Group Plc (PNN.L), a British water and utility company, announced on Tuesday that, further to its statement on October 2, 2025, Keith Haslett will succeed Susan Davy as Chief Executive Officer or CEO, with his appointment taking effect from April 1 this year, following the completion of his notice period at Affinity Water.
As earlier communicated on December 9, Pennon's Operating Committee will continue to support David Sproul in his role as Executive Chair until Keith's arrival, ensuring the continued delivery of the Group's strategy.
Pennon also confirmed that David Sproul will revert to his position as Non-Executive Chairman on April 1.
On the LSE, PNN.L is currently trading at 544.50 pence, down 0.18 percent.
