Alfa Financial Software Holdings Plc (ALFA.L) Thursday said that Andrew Dickson will succeed Duncan Magrath as Chief Financial Officer, or CFO, following Magrath's earlier announced decision to retire in December 2025.
The lease finance software company said that Andrew Dickson will join the company as CFO designate on July 6 and will be appointed as an Executive Director effective September 16. Dickson has served as Chief Financial Officer of Cerillion Plc since February 2022. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Videndum Plc, holding several senior finance roles across the UK and the US, it said in an official statement.
Alfa Financial Software said that Duncan Magrath will step down from the Board on September 16, after completing the half-year results process. He will remain available until the end of the year to support a smooth transition.
On the LSE, ALFA.L is currently trading down 0.74 percent at 188.80 pence.
