Plus500 Launches $100 Mln Share Buyback Programme

Plus500 Ltd. (PLSQF,PLUS.L), a multi-asset fintech group, on Monday announced the launch of a new share buyback programme to repurchase up to $100 million of its shares, as part of the $187.5 million shareholder returns outlined in its full-year 2025 preliminary results.

The programme will run from the date of announcement until no later than the release of the full-year 2026 preliminary results.

The shareholder returns plan also includes total dividends of $87.5 million.

The company is authorised to repurchase up to 3,769,933 shares under the programme.

The amount represents the remaining authority granted at the May 6, 2025 Annual General Meeting, with additional approval to be sought at the upcoming AGM.

Plus500 closed trading 1.80% lesser at 4,682 pence on the London Stock Exchange.
