Global-E Online Surges 14% On Q4 Return To Profitability And Strong Revenue Growth

Global-E Online Ltd. (GLBE) shares jumped 14.04 percent, gaining $4.17 to $33.87 on Wednesday after the company reported strong fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, highlighted by a return to profitability and solid revenue growth.

The stock opened sharply higher at $36.40 versus the previous close of $29.70 and traded between $32.71 and $36.67 during the session on the Nasdaq. The last reported bid was $25.80 for 200 shares, with the ask at $41.98 for 200 shares.

Volume reached 1,658,133 shares, above the average of 1,444,380. Shares have traded within a 52-week range of $26.64 to $63.69.

For the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue rose to $336.7 million from $262.9 million in the prior-year period. Net profit totaled $62.5 million, or $0.35 per share, compared to net income of $1.5 million, or $0.01 per share, in the prior-year quarter.
