Krones Q4 Revenue Rises 9.7%; Guides FY26

Krones AG (KRNNF.PK,KRNTY.PK,KRN.DE), Thursday said that its fourth quarter revenue rose 9.7 percent, helped by higher order intakes. The German packaging and bottling machine manufacturer also provided outlook for fiscal 2026.

During the three-month period, revenue rose 9.7 percent year on year to 1.56 billion euros. Order intake increased by 8.6 percent to 1.46 billion euros, while EBITDA grew 17.5 percent to 171.6 million euros. As a result, the EBITDA margin rose to 11.0 percent, up from 10.3 percent in the prior-year quarter.

For full year 2025, revenue increased by 7.0 percent to 5.66 billion euros and EBITDA rose by 12.2 percent to 602.3 million euros, lifting the EBITDA margin from 10.1 percent to 10.6 percent.

Looking ahead to 2026, the Executive Board expects revenue growth of 3 percent to 5 percent, adjusted for currency translation effects. The EBITDA margin is projected to improve further to between 10.7 percent and 11.1 percent.

On the XETRA Exchange, KRN.DE is currently trading down 0.99 percent on Thursday at 139.40 euros.
