Hanwha Life Q4 Profit Drops, But Sales Rise

Hanwha Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (088350.KS) on Monday reported fourth-quarter results, showing revenue growth but weaker bottom-line performance compared with the prior year.

Net income from continuing operations before income tax fell to 154.049 billion won from 182.945 billion won in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Operating profit decreased to 180.298 billion won from 188.280 billion won a year earlier.

Net income attributable to shareholders of the parent dropped sharply to 23.161 billion won, compared with 158.689 billion won in the prior-year quarter.

Revenue edged up to 7.344 billion won from 7.321 billion won in the same quarter last year.
