Unite Group (UTG.L) reported that its fiscal 2025 IFRS profit attributable to owners declined to 97.6 million pounds from 441.9 million pounds, last year. IFRS EPS decreased to 19.9 pence from 96.1 pence. Adjusted earnings increased to 232.3 million pounds from 213.8 million pounds. Adjusted earnings per share was 47.5 pence compared to 46.6 pence. For the year ended 31 December 2025, total revenue increased to 332.8 million pounds from 299.3 million pounds.
Unite Group expects 2026 adjusted EPS in a range of 41.5-43.0 pence, reflecting lower Empiric income and occupancy.
The Board has proposed a final dividend of 24.9 pence which, if approved, takes the total dividends to 37.7 pence for the year, representing a year-on-year increase of 1%.
At last close, Unite Group shares were trading at 578.00 pence, down 0.43%.
