Trainline CEO Jody Ford To Step Down; Reaffirms FY26 Guidance

Trainline plc (TNLIF,TRN.L, TNLIY), a rail and coach travel platform, on Tuesday announced that Chief Executive Officer Jody Ford intends to step down after more than six years in the role.

Ford will continue to lead the company through a transition period while the board conducts a formal search for a successor.

The board said it remains committed to the company's existing strategic priorities and capital allocation framework.

Trainline also reaffirmed its previously upgraded market guidance for fiscal 2026 and will provide further details at its trading update on March 12.

On Trainline closed trading 0.49% higher at GBp 203.20 on the London Stock Exchange.
