Recticel Group (RECT.BR) Friday said that a leadership transition will take effect on March 2. Stefaan Debusschere, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer or CEO of the Recticel Insulation Boards Division, will step into the role of Chief Executive Officer of Recticel Group.
On the Brussels Stock Exchange, RECT.BR is up 2.9 percent on Friday's trading at 10.76 euros.
The Belgian provider of smart insulation solutions said that Jan Vergote, who presently serves as Chief Executive Officer, will assume the position of Executive Chairman of Recticel Group. This transition is designed to ensure continuity in leadership while supporting the company's ongoing strategic ambitions.
To facilitate these changes, Recticel Group said that Wim Dejonghe will step down as Chairman and leave the Board of Directors after nearly two years of service.
