British media company ITV Plc (ITV.L) Thursday said that its statutory pre-tax profit fell 35 percent in fiscal 2025, impacted by lower revenues. The company revealed outlook for the year ahead and also announced an annual dividend.

The company posted statutory pre-tax profit of 338 million pounds in fiscal 2025, down from 521 million pounds in the previous year. Adjusted profit before tax was 448 million pounds, compared to 472 million pounds a year ago.

On a per share basis, statutory earnings declined 43 percent to 5.9 pence from 10.4 pence last year. Adjusted earnings per share came in 8.5 pence in fiscal 2025, compared to 9.6 pence in the prior year.

According to the company, total group revenue fell to 4.12 billion pounds from 4.14 billion pounds last year. ITV Plc's group adjusted EBITA dropped 1 percent to 534 million pounds from 542 million pounds in fiscal 2024.

The company said that its Board is proposing a 5.0 pence per share ordinary dividend for the full year.

Looking ahead, the company said that ITV Studios is expected to report strong total revenue growth in 2026. The full-year adjusted EBITA margin is expected to fall at the lower end of the 13 percent to 15 percent range, while revenue, margin, and profit are projected to be weighted toward the second half due to the timing of scripted deliveries and the scheduling of high-margin licensing deals.

On the LSE, ITV.L ended Wednesday's trading at 77.65 pence, up 1.50 percent.
