Singapore Airlines Ltd. (SIA) said on Tuesday that it has inked a commercial cooperation framework deal with Air India, the flag carrier of India, to boost their partnership through definitive joint business agreements.
This collaboration aims to improve connectivity between Singapore and India to provide new benefits for customers. This also envisages a closer coordination of flight schedules between Air India and SIA to improve convenience for travelers.
The two companies also plan to find new opportunities to broaden the scope of their cooperation in select markets, beyond Singapore and India.
