Oakley Capital Investments Limited (OCL.L), a British investment trust, said on Tuesday that Oakley Capital Origin Fund II has agreed to invest in Groupe Senef, a French provider of cloud vertical software solutions.
"OCI's indirect contribution via Origin II amounted to c.£9 million, which relates to OCI's share of Oakley's investment in Groupe Senef," the company said.
With this, Isatis Capital, a minority shareholder in Groupe Senef, will fully exit the business.
This investment also reflects Oakley Capital's growing momentum in France.
Founded in 2010, Senef is a developer of software solutions for people-intensive services, including commercial cleaning, home care services, hospitality, and others. The company supports its clients with software covering back-office administration, workforce management, payroll, and others.
