The South Korea stock market has moved higher in three straight sessions, advancing more than 430 points or 7.8 percent along the way. The KOSPI now sits just above the 5,925-point plateau although investors figure to lock in gains on Thursday.
The global forecast for the Asian markets is negative on pessimism over the outlook for interest rates. The European and U.S. markets were down and the Asian bourses are expected to open in similar fashion.
