SAF-Holland Full-year Profit, Sales Decline

SAF-Holland SE (SFQ.DE), a supplier of trailer and truck components, on Thursday reported results for the full year.

EBIT fell to 128.92 million euros from 161.45 million euros last year. Adjusted EBIT for the year was 164 million euros from 190.5 million euros.

EBITDA decreased to 221.67 million euros from 252.41 million euros, while adjusted EBITDA was 231.11 million euros, down from 257.99 million euros.

Net income attributable to shareholders dropped to 50.95 million euros from 77.35 million euros, while earnings per share declined to 1.12 euros from 1.70 euros a year ago.

Sales for the year decreased to 7.6% to 1.734 billion euros from 1.877 billion euros last year.

On an organic basis, sales decreased by 6.5%.

SAF-Holland plans to propose a dividend of 0.65 euros per share.

For fiscal 2026, the company expects sales for the year to range from 1.70 billion euros to 1.85 billion euros.
