PNE AG (PNE3.DE) said that it expects 2026 consolidated EBITDA to range between 110 million euros and 140 million euros, thus exceeding the current analyst consensus. Consolidated EBITDA is EBITDA normalized for special items, which are projected at around 20 million euros for 2026.
The German renewal energy company said that the present outlook is the result of a comprehensive review of project feasibility and economic viability. The forecast for fiscal 2027 will be provided on a later date, PNE AG added.
On the XETRA Exchange, PNE3.DE ended Thursday's trading at 7.74 euros, down 3.73 percent.
