SZA has earned her first Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) Diamond certifications with "Kill Bill" and "Snooze."
RIAA Diamond certifications are awarded to songs that achieve 10 million units in U.S. sales. Both tracks, from her second studio album SOS, were major hits, peaking at Nos. 1 and 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, respectively.
SZA shared a fan account's post announcing the "Kill Bill" diamond certification to her Instagram Story with the caption "F***ING CRAZY."
SZA earned not only two Diamond certifications for "Kill Bill" and "Snooze," but also a staggering 27 additional RIAA certifications.
Twenty-two songs across SOS, its SOS Deluxe: Lana reissue, and her debut album Ctrl were certified platinum, while five more reached gold status. These new honors bring SZA's total RIAA certification count to over 60.
SZA also becomes the third Black female artist in Recording Industry Association of America history to surpass 100 million singles sold, following Rihanna (199 million) and Beyoncé (161.5 million).
