Ashley McBryde has announced that her fifth studio album, Wild, will be released on May 8 via Warner Records Nashville.
Wild was produced by John Osborne, one half of the Grammy-winning country duo Brothers Osborne, and recorded with Ashley's live band, Deadhorse.
"When people hear this record, I hope it wakes up the part of them that I'm singing about in Wild—the part that still believes in those unrealized dreams and untaken risks," says McBryde. "I believe that wild little kid is still alive inside of all of us, and that's the version of everyone that I want to sing to."
"Ashley McBryde is a rare gem," added Osborne. "There are people out there with natural ability and there are people that dedicate every waking hour to honing their craft. Ashley is both. Never settling. Always reaching. The perfect combination of vulnerable and fearless."
McBryde has already shared three tracks from the upcoming album - "Rattlesnake Preacher," "Arkansas Mud," and the No. 1 single on country radio, "What If We Don't" -
Following the announcement of the album, McBryde released the fourth track, "Bottle Tells Me So," and an accompanying video on Friday.
