ECARX Holdings, Inc. (ECX) on Monday appointed Dylan Jeng as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Jeng will be based in the company's Singapore office and will oversee global financial strategy, planning, treasury, investor relations, and financial operations.
Jeng brings over two decades of international financial leadership experience across the technology and pharmaceutical sectors.
The appointment comes as the company continues to expand its global footprint across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas, and strengthen partnerships with global automotive manufacturers.
On Friday, ECARX closed trading 4.76% leser at $1.0000 on the Nasdaq.
