Medios AG Names Stefan Bauerreis CFO From April 15; Stock Down 8%

German pharmaceutical company Medios AG (ILM1.DE,MEDOF) Thursday said that its Supervisory Board has appointed Stefan Bauerreis as a member of the Executive Board and the new Chief Financial Officer or CFO from April 15.

On the XETRA Exchange, ILM1.DE is currently trading down 8.2 percent on Thursday at 12.48 euros.

The company said that he will take over from Falk Neukirch, who, as earlier announced on March 6, will step down at his own request at the end of his regular term of office on April 30.

Stefan Bauerreis has wide financial leadership experience, having served as CFO of the Stabilus Group. He also held various senior finance roles at the Schaeffler Group for more than two decades, including positions as CFO for the Europe region and CFO for Germany.
