Medicalgorithmics Signs Tech Deal With Seers Technology To Enter US Markets

Polish medtech company Medicalgorithmics S.A. (MDG.WA) Monday said that it has signed a technology partnership with Seers Technology Co., Ltd (458870.KQ), a South Korean firm developing proprietary ECG testing devices.

As part of the agreement, Seers Technology will integrate Medicalgorithmics' DRP platform and DeepRhythm AI or DRAI algorithms with its hardware to support its entry into the U.S. market. The partnership is the result of meetings held during industry trade fairs in South Korea.

Medicalgorithmics said that the DRP software and DRAI algorithms will be used to add AI-based ECG analysis capabilities to Seers Technology's devices. This is the third contract signed by the company this year. Earlier, it had signed deals with US-based IDTF - CardioDiagnostics and Sharp Tech in Peru.

On the Warsaw Exchange, MDG.WA is currently trading at 28.20 Polish Zloty, up 1.1 percent.
