Shares of Marvell Technology, Inc. (MRVL) gained over 6% on Tuesday morning after the tech company announced a strategic AI partnership with NVIDIA Corporation. As part of the partnership, NVIDIA will also invest $2 billion in Marvell.
The stock is currently trading at $93.11, up $5.30 or 6.04%, on the Nasdaq. It opened at $95.98 after closing the previous session at $87.81. The stock has traded between $47.09 and $102.77 over the past 52 weeks.
Marvell and NVIDIA unveiled a collaboration to integrate Marvell into the NVLink Fusion ecosystem, enabling customers to build next-generation AI infrastructure with greater flexibility.
