Redcare Pharmacy N.V. (SAE1.F,RDC.DE) Wednesday said that its first-quarter preliminary group revenue rose 18.3 percent to 848 million euros from 717 million euros in the same period last year. The increase in group revenue was a result of improved non-Rx sales in Germany and continued strong Rx performance in both Germany and Switzerland. Additionally, the company has also reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 outlook.
The Dutch pharmacy retailer said that at the group level, non-Rx revenue climbed 10 percent to 533 million euros from 484 million euros a year ago, while Rx revenue grew 35 percent to 315 million euros from 234 million euros in the prior year quarter. The company said that in Germany, non-Rx revenue grew 9.7 percent to 287 million euros, due to reduced marketing spend. During the first quarter, Rx revenue rose 55 percent to 168 million euros. In the international segment, revenue increased 15.6 percent to 156 million euros from 135 million euros in the first quarter last year.
Redcare Pharmacy said that it will provide its full interim statement for the first quarter on May 6.
