LondonMetric Full-year Net Rental Income Up 16%; Dividend To Rise 4%

LondonMetric Property Plc (LMP.L) on Thursday issued a trading update ahead of its full-year results due on May 21, 2026.

The company said net rental income rose about 16% to more than £450 million, while occupancy stood at 98%. Average lease length was 17 years, and like-for-like income increased 4.2%.

LondonMetric expects to report a full-year dividend per share of 12.45 pence, up 4% from the previous year.
