Nagarro SE (NA9.DE,NGRRF) Friday said that its Supervisory Board has appointed Prateek Aggarwal as Chief Financial Officer or CFO and a member of the Management Board, effective May 1. He will serve an initial term of three years, the company added.
With this appointment, the German digital engineering company said that it is expanding its leadership team.
According to Nagarro SE, Prateek Aggarwal has over 20 years of experience in finance leadership in the technology and IT services sector. Most recently, he held a senior value creation role at RPSG Group. Before that, he served as Chief Financial Officer at HCLTech and Hexaware Technologies, where he was responsible for global finance functions, the company said in an official statement.
On the XETRA Exchange, NA9.DE is currently trading at 48.74 euros on Friday, up 0.70 euros or 1.5 percent.
