Kanye West's concert in Chorzów, Poland, scheduled for June 19th, 2026, has been canceled amid ongoing backlash to his history of antisemitism.
According to a representative for Silesian Stadium, the concert has been canceled "due to formal and legal reasons." Ye reportedly told Wyborcza that "the concert will not take place."
"We will inform the organizer in a few hours," he added in a statement. "Our lawyers are preparing a letter regarding this matter."
Earlier, Poland's culture minister, Marta Cienkowska, called the artist's planned visit "unacceptable." She added, "In a country scarred by the history of the Holocaust, we cannot pretend this is just entertainment."
