Cango Inc. (CANG), a Bitcoin mining company, on Wednesday said it has appointed Simon Ming Yeung Tang as director and chief financial officer, effective April 22, 2026.
Tang most recently served as the company's chief investment officer.
The company also noted that Chang-Wei Chiu and Yongyi Zhang resigned from their roles as director and chief financial officer, respectively, effective the same date, citing personal reasons.
