The Beach Boys have released a three-track EP, Wouldn't It Be Nice, in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the band's iconic album Pet Sounds.
The EP features a trio of mixes, including Vocals Only, Stereo Back Track, and Stereo Mix versions of the classic track, "Wouldn't It Be Nice." The EP is now available via digital outlets.
The Beach Boys' Pet Sounds, widely regarded as one of the greatest albums of all time, was released on May 16, 1966.
The release of the Wouldn't It Be Nice EP follows the three-track digital Sloop John B EP released last month that brings together a stunning a cappella version that isolates the vocal harmonies of Brian Wilson, Dennis Wilson, Carl Wilson, Mike Love, Al Jardine and Bruce Johnston, along with a fascinating alternative take featuring Carl in place of Brian on lead and the stereo mix.
