Magnum Ice Cream Q1 Revenue Slips As Foreign Exchange Impact Hurts

The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. (MICC.L,MICC.AS,MICC), a Dutch ice cream company, on Thursday reported a fall in revenue for the first quarter, hurt by negative foreign exchange impact.

For the first quarter of fiscal 2026, Magnum Ice Cream posted revenue of EUR 1.770 billion, less than EUR 1.792 billion in the same period last year. This fall reflects a negative foreign exchange translation impact of 5.5% due to the strong euro.

Looking ahead, for the full year, the company has reaffirmed its guidance. Magnum Ice Cream, said: "We expect organic sales growth for 2026 to be between 3% to 5% and an adjusted EBITDA margin improvement of 40 to 60bps, on a comparable perimeter basis with 2025. The reported improvement in adjusted EBITDA margin is expected to be 0 to 20bps, primarily due to the impact of the acquisition of the India business."
