PNE AG (PNE3.DE) on Thursday said that its Chief Financial Officer or CFO Harald Wilbert will step down from the Board of Management for personal reasons. He will leave the board on June 5, 2026, and exit the company completely on September 30, 2026, the company said in an official statement.
The German renewable energy company said that Wilbert has served as CFO since April 1, 2024, and as a board member since October 15, 2023, with his term originally set to run until March 31, 2028.
The CFO role will be taken over on an interim basis by Dirk Simons, who is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He is expected to join the Board of Management and serve as interim CFO until May 19, 2027, PNE AG added.
On the XETRA Exchange, PNE3.DE is up 0.05 percent on Thursday's trading at 9.16 euros.
