Mapletree Logistics Trust (M44U.SI) on Thursday reported a decline in distributable income compared with the previous-year period.
Distributable income fell to S$92.97 million or 1.819 cents per unit from S$99.06 million or 1.955 cents per unit a year ago.
The company posted a profit attributable to unitholders of S$53.03 million or S$1.03 per unit compared with a loss of S$31.54 million or S$0.62 per unit last year.
Net property income declined 0.9% to S$151.44 million, while gross revenue decreased 1.7% to S$176.58 million.
The company intends to pay a distribution of 1.819 cents per unit on June 23 for the first quarter, to unitholders of record on May 11.
