ProService Building Services Marketplace Plc (PRO.L) on Friday said its expects fiscal 2026 revenue from continuing operations of about £248 million, reflecting slower-than-expected progress in ramping up its supply agreement with Speedy Hire, alongside broader macroeconomic pressures in the UK construction sector.
Adjusted EBITDA for the period is anticipated to be around breakeven, broadly in line with market expectations.
Analysts, on average, expect revenue of £260 million and underlying EBITDA to be around breakeven for the year.
Looking ahead, the company expects fiscal 2027 underlying EBITDA in the range of £9 million to £12 million, below the Street estimate of £19.6 million.
