Vmoto Ltd. (VMT.AX), an electric vehicle company, said on Monday that it has signed a worldwide agreement with Spanish MotoGP Sports Entertainment Group S.L 0r MotoGP Group, to manufacture and distribute three models of MotoGP edition electric scooters.
On the ASX, VMT.AX is up 40 percent on Monday's trading at A$0.1400.
Vmoto said that the newly announced electric vehicles will be distributed through its extensive network of international distributors all across the world. The company said the three models will be available until December 31, 2030, subject to renewal.
Looking ahead, the company expects the new deal to increase awareness about the Vmoto brand and bring about higher sales from fiscal 2026 to fiscal 2030.
