Harbour Energy plc (HBR.L) on Thursday reported higher first-quarter revenue and production and raised the lower end of its full-year production guidance following strong operational performance.
First-quarter revenue increased to $3 billion from $2.8 billion in the prior-year period.
Production rose to 506 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day (kboepd) from 500 kboepd a year earlier.
The company narrowed its full-year production guidance upward to 480-500 kboepd from the previous range of 475-500 kboepd, reflecting strong year-to-date performance, including production of 520 kboepd in April, ahead of planned maintenance programs in the UK and Norway.
